Navarro Skin is owned and operated by Eduardo Elias, a licensed esthetician in the Sacramento Area. Having dealt with cystic acne throughout his teenage years and up until his late twenties, Eduardo developed an interest in skin care, always on a quest for the best facial products & treatments. Cancellation Policy
Navarro Skin will charge 50% of your booked service for no-shows or cancellations/reschedules made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. Regarding late arrivals: If you arrive more than 15min late to your scheduled appointment, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and you will be charged 50% of your booked service for that day.
